What You'll Do

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, you'll work to resolve the customer's issues before escalating to the next level. Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

You'll report to Senior Manager. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the team's overall success.

During a Typical Day, You'll

Prepares daily, monthly, and yearly financial reconciliation reports.

Assist in ensuring compliance with internal control policies and procedures are met

Assist in ensuring financial procedures, internal controls, and money handling are GAAP-compliant.

Assist in ensuring all month-end financial deadlines are met.

Assist in ensuring all financial functions as they pertain to CSC operations are met.

Conducts variance analysis

Other tasks and special projects to assist the Finance Manager on an as needed basis

What You Bring to the Role

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent of five years of financial analysis and accounting experience.

Experience performing accounting and/or revenue analytic functions

Must demonstrate good working knowledge of GAAP

Highly detail-oriented, and focus driven with strong analytical skills.

Experienced in QuickBooks preferredDemonstrates competence in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced features of Excel-pivot tables, charts, advanced calculations, etc.

Demonstrates the ability to be flexible in working independently to complete multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision.

Ability to possessexcellent oral and written communicate skills with managers, colleagues, client and vendors, both individually and in a group setting.

The anticipated range is 66-69k. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
