Role Summary/Purpose:
In this role you will lead Finance responsibilities in building out multi-product capabilities for the Health & Wellness platform, which includes the assets and relationships added through the Allegro and Ally acquisitions as well as internal Pay Later solutions. This role reports directly to the SVP & CFO, Finance for Health & Wellness and will support the cross functional team building out the product strategy for Health & Wellness.
This position is a hybrid role where you have the option to work from home. The location is flexible as long as it is within a reasonable, commutable distance from one of our key hubs. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. We're proud to offer you choice and flexibility.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage financial forecasts & financial statements for our installment products across multiple platforms. Track results against operating plans & estimates and drive financial planning processes for each product
Lead the analysis of profitability by product to ensure the right balance of risk and return for each product and market combination
Develop and refine pricing tables for products in all markets across the Health & Wellness platform
Partner with Pricing organization to enhance pricing models and performance reporting to better support new products
Provide management reporting to the platform GMs, including identification of key drivers of the results and areas of opportunity and risk in the portfolio of products
Provide financial analysis to support business and client decisions in Marketing, Operations, and Credit
Support Strategic Initiatives, evaluate investment decisions and influence strategy to ensure business profitability
Perform various forms of ad-hoc analysis as requested
Additional Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the consumer finance industry
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Health & Wellness competitive landscape
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field or in lieu of degree, 10 years equivalent experience.
Minimum 6 years of FP&A experience.
Strong financial modeling and MS Excel skills

A preferred candidate will have 7 years of progressive experience in finance and have a demonstrated track record of execution, communication and technical finance skills.
Proven leadership abilities and the ability to lead / engage on cross-functional projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) and to develop a clear, concise message and influence outcomes.
Passionate, proactive, responsible, resourceful, detail-oriented, hard-working and willingness to learn
Proven influencing and persuasion skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects/tasks
Strong written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop strong working relationships with team members and management, while maintaining independence
Ability to communicate and interact with senior management
Grade/Level: 13
The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
