Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Location: Louisville, CO

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Contract: 2-Month Contract

Pay: $29-$37/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors; manage check-in and maintain a professional front desk area

Answer and route phone calls; provide basic company information and support communication flow

Sort and distribute mail and packages; log and forward checks and invoices as needed

Support meeting and event logistics, including room readiness, guest hosting, and cleanup

Monitor office supplies and equipment; report maintenance or safety issues

Manage guest badges, key rings, and building access tools

Assist with administrative tasks transitioning to the Sales department, including invoice follow-up and customer inquiries

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience in clerical or administrative support roles

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $37.00/hr.
