Our client, a leading organization in the industrial engineering and construction sector, is seeking a Construction Project Engineer 2 to join their team. As a Construction Project Engineer , you will be part of the Engineering & Operations department supporting construction and production teams . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , a high sense of accountability , and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Engineer 2

Location: 100% Onsite - 29 Country Lane, South Hill, VA 23970

Pay Range: $45/hr. - $49/hr. (W2)

What's the Job?

Interpret and apply engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints to support production and quality assurance

Conduct time and motion studies to improve workflow efficiency and production standards

Plan and assign work in coordination with capacity, schedules, and resource availability

Monitor equipment and processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Prepare charts, diagrams, and reports to illustrate production layouts and performance metrics

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

2-4 years of experience in a construction or industrial engineering role

Proficiency in CAD and other engineering software tools

Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
