We are looking for an Accounting/Administrative Clerk on a contract basis in Sunapee, New Hampshire. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle both administrative tasks and financial operations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative operations across multiple office locations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination.

Act as a key point of contact between departments to facilitate effective communication.

Process incoming deposits, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate documentation.

Draft and manage correspondence and internal communications.

Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Efficiently manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.

Perform data entry and invoice processing with a high level of attention to detail.

Adapt quickly to new systems and technologies as needed.

Assist with contract management and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage a busy office environment.

Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial data entry.

Ability to compose well-crafted correspondence and handle invoice processing.

Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.

Exceptional customer service skills and clear communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of finance and administrative processes.

Experience with deposits and contract management is a plus.
