Job Title: Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated entry level Maintenance Engineer for our Aerospace machine shop. The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. While experience with coolants or fluids is beneficial, it is not mandatory. A self-starter approach with 0-2 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and preventive maintenance on CNC and production machinery.

Read and interpret machine manuals for maintenance procedures.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Essential Skills

Ability to read and understand machine manuals.

Strong mechanical aptitude and handy skills.

0-2 years of relevant experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
