Customer Service Specialist

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Lockport, New York, 14094, United States

Schedule: Monday to Friday First Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer/client calls.

Provide support for treasury management products, resolving inquiries and issues.

Use mainframe applications and documentation tools to manage customer interactions.

Collaborate with product managers, sales reps, and operational staff to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

Associate's Degree (minimum)

1 year of customer service or related experience

Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Outlook and Word)

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and problem-solving focus

Preferred Experience:

Bank Teller or financial services experience OR CSR

Familiarity with treasury management products

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
