Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Millbrae, CA

Pay Range:

Shift: 9am - 5:30pm

What's the Job?

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

Assign work to direct reports and handle low-level personnel issues.

Document and deliver staff performance feedback and conduct performance reviews.

Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper resource allocation.

Provide training and guidance to staff on operational procedures.

What's Needed?

Minimum of an associate degree or 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and World Courier operating systems.

Ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationships.

Strong leadership skills to train, coach, and motivate team members.

Ability to multi-task and manage stressful situations as they arise.
