Job Title: Project AccountantJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Accountant to join our team. This role involves managing client invoicing and collections, tracking and maintaining project budgets, and assisting with coding and processing accounts payable, timesheets, and expense reports. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate contract documentation and administration while collaborating with project managers and staff to resolve financial issues.

Responsibilities

Perform other related duties as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in accounting and project accounting.

Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.

Familiarity with Earned Value Management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience as a Financial Project Coordinator, especially in construction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.82 - $37.98/hr.
