Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of administrative operations within the metal fabrication industry. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely updates on project statuses to meet client service expectations.

Manage daily workload efficiently to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Utilize proprietary software to organize tasks, ensure data accuracy, and meet deadlines.

Prepare and deliver precise final reports to external clients in accordance with company standards.

Generate and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational guidelines.

Create and maintain comparative data sheets for both internal and external communication purposes.

Archive completed projects accurately and promptly, following established procedures.

Handle incoming calls and emails professionally to address client inquiries and provide assistance.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support team operations. Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

Experience in managing email correspondence effectively.

Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.

Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Skilled in scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
