Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Arcadia, California, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations, including order processing, customer support, and shipping coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input customer orders into the system and verify details for fulfillment.

Generate daily reports to monitor and manage order processing.

Address customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product details in a detail-oriented manner.

Prepare and organize shipments for carriers such as FedEx and others, ensuring timely pick-up.

Create and print shipping labels for outgoing packages.

Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and order management procedures.

Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams regarding order statuses and issues.

Assist with general administrative duties to support everyday business operations. Requirements - Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and order entry systems.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.

At least 3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with data entry and receptionist duties is preferred.

Previous experience in shipping coordination is a plus. TalentMatch®
