Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing documentation, handling administrative tasks, and providing customer service. This is a fully onsite position requiring strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Utilize the tracking system to gather information and enter data into Salesforce.

Scan and upload important documents using a desktop scanner.

Sign and organize manifests and other paperwork.

Assist with mail flow and ensure organization.

Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to properly handle important documents.

Strong attention to detail.

Organizational and clerical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Some data entry knowledge or experience.

Ability to work independently.

Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.

Preferred administrative experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
