We are looking for a motivated, dependable and welcoming administrative assistant with great communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities

Greet customers & visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer/direct/route incoming phone calls pleasantly

Respond to emails in a timely manner when needed

Getting mail: Processing and distributing daily mail

Making bank deposits in person

Inventorying & ordering of office supplies

Assisting with special projects, branch event planning

General office-wide administrative support including: Photocopying, scanning, e-mailing, filing, and data entry

Assist sales team by reaching out to vendors to follow up on incoming orders

Help maintain office organized and presentable

Assist commercial sales team with the creation of construction documents in Adobe Acrobat X (will train)

Qualifications & Skills

Proficient computer skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite

Develop proficiency in utilizing other internal software systems

Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a wide variety of people

Exceptional communication and organization skills with excellent attention to detail

Able to work well in a fast-paced environment

Must be customer service minded and able to handle difficult situations
