Jobsite Sales Representative - Construction Supply

Construction Tool Service is hiring a Jobsite Sales Representative to work with contractors and job sites across Centre County and surrounding areas. We provide tools, safety equipment, fasteners, and other products to local builders, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC companies, carrying trusted brands like DeWalt, Milwaukee, Ridgid, 3M, Greenlee, and Klein.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction sales experience looking to earn a strong income through base pay plus commission while working with some of the industry's most respected brands.

What You'll Do

Visit job sites and meet with contractors to understand their needs.

Follow up on quotes and work with sales management to meet goals.

Build new relationships through networking and cold calls.

Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.

Use a laptop and smartphone for directions, email, photos, and entering orders (training provided).

Travel locally to job sites with support from our management and manufacturer representatives.

Who We're Looking For

2--3 years of construction sales experience is required.

Comfortable with basic computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, and our sales system _we'll train you)).

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

High school diploma or GED required (additional training is a plus).

Must pass a background check and driver record check.
