Job Title: Flight Nurse

Salary: $85k- $139k annually -(DOE)

Location: Red Bluff, CA

Bonuses: Up to 25% Location Bonus + Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Overview:

Join an elite air medical team as a Flight Nurse , delivering critical care during emergency transport missions. This role involves working in high-pressure environments, providing advanced medical care in rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground transport settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Must have active RN license in state employed

Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) of current critical care/emergency experience

Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS. NRP preferred. Instructor certifications preferred

CFRN within 24 months of hire

Flight or transport experience preferred

Must successfully complete the Air Medical Group education/orientation program

Effective human relations skills required for interfacing with all levels of personnel and external customers

Must meet and maintain clinical personnel weight restriction limit for flight accordance policy

Must possesses basic computer skills for email, electronic charting, etc.

Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs

Must be able to pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam/strength and flexibility assessment, life up to 100 lbs) and drug screening

Schedule:

24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, followed by 5 days off.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in California.

3-5 years of critical care/emergency experience.

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC/TNCC/ITLS/PHTLS; NRP preferred.

CFRN within 24 months of hire.
