Finishing Technician/Medical Device Debur Operator

Job Description

As a Finishing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process by deburring medical parts using various hand tools and blades. You will spend up to 25% of your time working under a microscope and may also operate a tube bender or possibly a CNC machine. Your responsibilities will include assisting with quality inspection and performing blade coating through dipping.

Responsibilities

Deburr medical parts using hand tools and blades.

Operate under a microscope up to 25% of the time.

Operate a tube bender and potentially a CNC machine.

Assist with quality inspection.

Perform blade coating through dipping.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools for deburring.

Experience working under a microscope.

Knowledge of machine operation in a production setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

6+ months of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Experience in deburring under a microscope is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
