Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations related to dealer transactions, assisting in the smooth and efficient processing of dealer finance activities. This position involves working with internal teams and dealers to address issues, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in optimizing dealer processes. This role provides support to dealers and internal teams, helping to ensure that dealer operations run smoothly and transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Essential Functions
Assist in processing dealer transactions, including finance applications, contracts, and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide support to dealers by addressing operational issues related to financing, documentation, and payment processing.
Help dealers understand and adhere to company policies, credit terms, and compliance requirements to improve overall operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the credit, legal, and compliance teams to ensure dealer transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Review dealer documentation, including loan applications and contracts, to ensure all required information is accurate and complete before processing.
Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback to dealers on their operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the onboarding of new dealers, helping them acquire the necessary tools and knowledge to work effectively within the company's financing programs.
Assist in responding to dealer inquiries regarding transaction statuses, documentation requirements, and operational processes, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Work with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of dealer-related issues or concerns.
Support the implementation of dealer programs, including promotional offers, incentives, and training sessions designed to improve dealer performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dealer transactions and interactions for reporting and compliance audits.
Assist in processing dealer payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements and addressing any discrepancies or issues as they arise.
Support the audit process by helping review and reconcile dealer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assist in identifying areas for process improvement in dealer operations and collaborate with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and dealer satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes that may affect dealer operations and share relevant updates and guidance with the team and dealers.

Education and Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience: 1+ years in auto finance operations
Proven experience in dealer operations, dealership management, or a related field within the automotive finance industry.
Foundational understanding of automotive financing, dealer agreements, loan processing, and related operational functions.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and internal teams.
Ability to analyze operational data and performance metrics, and translate that data into actionable insights and improvements.
Problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the automotive financing industry, including lending laws, consumer protection laws, and compliance standards.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, credit, compliance, and legal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience using dealer management software or financial systems.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and compliance in all aspects of dealer operations.
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to address dealer needs and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
