Robert Half is seeking a professional and personable receptionist to join a local organization in the Lehigh Valley with providing top-notch front-office support. In this critical role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring exceptional service and seamless communication. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking while maintaining a welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth.

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, ensuring messages are relayed accurately.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and package handling.

Maintain and organize the front desk area, ensuring a clean and tidy workspace.

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Collaborate with team members to support various office operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and provide excellent customer service.

Friendly, professional attitude with a polished appearance.
