The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to drive effective all-source analysis development and lead collaborative teams to innovate? As a program manager on this team, you not only define the roadmap for team development aligned with client needs, you help to establish a collaborative and agile team environment for all-source intelligence analysts and technical professionals to thrive. You'll closely collaborate with other program managers, analytic delivery leads, technical leads, data scientists, and clients to analyze, define, document, develop, and communicate manning, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

You Have:

6+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, project management, or leadership experience

Experience with Booz Allen recruiting and onboarding

Knowledge of DoD and the Intelligence Community

Ability to produce high-quality, timely deliverables, including oral briefings

Ability to build strong and cohesive teams

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience leading large teams

Knowledge of schedule and assisting with budget management

Knowledge of the security crossover process and requirements

Ability to work in Excel, Power BI, and other databases

PMP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
