Shop Helper

Responsibilities

Assist with set-ups and additional work in various departments.

Inspect finished parts for quality assurance.

Manage shipping and receiving processes.

Perform general warehouse duties.

Prepare work kits for workers.

Operate forklifts when necessary

Blueprint reading

Experience with hand and power tools

Essential Skills

3-5 years of Assembly, Fabrication, or Warehouse experience at one company.

Experience with assembly and fabrication processes.

Competence in warehouse operations.

Work Environment

First shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility on hours. The dress code includes jeans with no holes, steel-toed boots, and work-appropriate shirts. Benefit from a clean, climate-controlled work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position near Fredonia, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31200.00 - $52000.00/yr.
