JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) is a farmer-owned,
dairy marketing cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers.
DFA Bruce is part of the Cheese, Taste and Flavors Division
manufacturing dairy-based ingredients and innovative flavor solutions
for customers in the food manufacturing and food service channels. DFA
has the capability to produce a variety of high-quality products
including cheese to custom formulations and trendsetting dairy

DFA Bruce has an immediate opening for Night Production Operator.No
experience required; training provided. This position will work a 2-2-3
schedule from 4:30pm-4:30am. The position pay is \$23.30/hour plus an
additional \$1.50 shift premium. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Work
in different areas of the plant handling ingredients and finished
products by measuring, batching, mixing, bagging, organizing, and
stacking. Keep warehouse and production floor organized. Maintain safe
working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and
federal regulations regarding health and safety issues. Dedicate effort
to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same
condition as they arrive. Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices
(GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory,
food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. Exhibit the values
and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and
sound judgment. Adhere to all DFA Quality, Safety and GMP policies and
procedures and report any nonconformity. Attend required training,
including but not limited to, Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical
Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF). The requirements

Requirements: Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED
required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Able to work with accuracy and
attention to detail Must be dependable and reliable Able to work
independently and as part of a team Must be able to work weekends or
