Operations Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee procurement, supply chain, and warehouse activities within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze pricing, manage inventory, and implement cost-saving initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supply chain logistics and procurement processes, along with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure efficient purchasing processes.

Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and compliance with organizational standards.

Conduct pricing analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and align purchasing decisions with industry trends.

Manage supply chain activities, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.

Utilize ERP systems to monitor financial metrics, streamline operations, and track procurement actions.

Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Analyze budget processes and financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative solutions and drive organizational growth. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and warehouse management.

Proficiency in ERP solutions and CRM systems to support operational processes.

Strong analytical skills for pricing analysis and cost accounting.

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.

Knowledge of procurement policies, strategies, and functions.

Experience in budget processes and financial management.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Familiarity with the food service industry is a plus.
