We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this role will work onsite in our Glen Allen, VA location.
?? What You'll Do
As a key bridge between IT and business stakeholders, you'll:
Be the go-to expert on Microsoft D365-especially in supply chain ma nagement .
Partner with business teams to uncover pain points and turn them into smart, scalable solutions.
Participate inthe change management process for D365: from discovery to testing to rollout.Create project plans and ensure tasks are on track and deadlines are met.
Create and deliver effective training that makes adoption easy for users across the business.
Improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and help drive digital transformation efforts.
Work cross-functionally to support enhancements, system integrations, and governance.
Document and standardize work processes to ensure long-term success.
?? Your Toolbox
You bring a blend of tech savvy, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of how systems support business strategy:
Expert supply chain knowledge, including an understanding of the functional business area and how the ERP system supports and enables supply chain operations.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT change control practices.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365.
Confident in business process mapping, system testing, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communicator-whether you're in a room with leadership or coaching end users.
Tools you're familiar with: Microsoft Office, Jira (or similar), and bonus points for SQL!
?? Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in business systems, process analysis, or IT business analysis.
A track record of success supporting and optimizing ERP systems, especially D365.
Experience in supply chain operations.
Passion for change management, continuous improvement, and enabling others to succeed.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 USD per year.
