Position Title: FLEX EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Salary: $100000 - $110000 / year

That's where the Flex Experience Manager (FEM) comes in. The FEM is primarily responsible for technology hospitality solutions that contribute to the successful partnership between Waveguide and the clients within their account portfolio. The FEM is responsible for providing oversight of our solution delivery as well as ownership of the unique needs existing at the client's location or site related to their technology systems and the use of those systems to connect their executives, associates, clients and guests.
The administrative deliverables regarding the deployment of each unique solution are related to the planning, scheduling, delivery and oversight of personnel resources as well as technical resources to deliver the solution. These duties are to be executed with a people-first focus on hospitality so our client's associates experience inspires confidence and drives engagement.
The Flex Technology Specialists and the On-Call Technology Associates within the region will report directly to the FEM. Likewise, any third-party vendors that might be needed to execute a meeting or event will also communicate directly with the FEM throughout the entire process.
The Flex Experience Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Account Operations.
Responsibilities
Develop a weekly cadence with the client managers and client stakeholders at all sites
Create a working relationship with client contacts through weekly onsite visits
Ensure the client is aware of the levels of service and the proper expectations of all team members outlined in the Scope of Work
Oversee, develop and deliver all Quarterly Business Reviews and work with the Senior Director, Account Operations as well the client to adjust the Flex Tier each quarter
Properly document and track all time allocated to management activities, each individual client site visit, client site event and authentic genuine connection within the software system provided
Prior to client events, ensure that the technology systems at the site are working properly
Coordinate and communicate with all AV integrators responsible for the technology systems ensuring they are addressing issues quickly and effectively
Gather and report all administrative and financial data back to Senior Director, Account Operations on a regular basis
Be ready to answer all questions from either the leadership of Waveguide or the client at any time and within a moment's notice
Develop, lead and contribute to the healthy culture of the team that is available
Communicate consistently with any Waveguide Managers at each client site
Manage the On-call network of freelance associates within the region
Manage the On-call network nationwide for Waveguide assuring proper backfill and coverage
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and firing of all team members within the On-call network
Develop relationship with the necessary local third-party vendors for the quick, efficient and cost-effective allocation of necessary resources at a moment's notice
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Core Competencies
Working knowledge of basic contract language and agreement structures in particular around professional services contracts and event support
Ability to perform basic mathematics in a business environment
Working knowledge of corporate accounting
Ability to produce a forecast and operate within a designated budget
Ability to influence decisions by key client stakeholders using data and operational insights
Familiarity with event production roles and functions
Ability to absorb business data and translate into actions with designated business outcomes
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form
Ability to absorb and understand written business communication and respond professionally and hospitably to every situation
Preferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of:
Event Production and Broadcast Technology
AV Technology Equipment
Ability to read and apply AV line drawings
Ability to offer operational insights during the design phase of AV construction projects
Ability to manage projects involving AV integration and deployment of technology systems
