Delivery Lead - Dynatrace

CTG is seeking to fill a Delivery Lead - Dynatrace opening for our client in California.

Location: Remote

Duration: 5 months

Duties:

Lead the successful delivery of Dynatrace implementation and integration projects across enterprise environments.

Oversee and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.

Drive the adoption and optimization of Dynatrace in support of AIOps strategies, performance monitoring, and application health insights.

Collaborate with AWS infrastructure teams to ensure seamless cloud integration and scalability.

Ensure delivery timelines, scope, and budget are met, managing risk and issue resolution as necessary.

Provide thought leadership in observability, monitoring, and application performance management best practices.

Skills:

Strong understanding of Dynatrace implementation, configuration, and dashboarding.

Deep knowledge of AIOps principles and their application in enterprise IT environments.

Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, particularly AWS services and deployment models.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage project timelines, risks, and resources in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including deployment in cloud and hybrid environments.

Demonstrated experience in leading AIOps and monitoring transformation initiatives.

Experience managing projects in AWS environments is highly preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required.

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $138,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
