Yale Electric Supply, An affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Sales/Warehouse associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Southampton, PA location. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers at the counter, via email, and phone. Process orders by quoting products, prices, delivery specifications, offering substitute products where appropriate. Perform project management on job quotes and open orders Provide follow-up for customer quotes on lost sales Assist Outside Sales personnel by processing priority transactions Establish and maintain customer relationships, communications with customers, and co-workers to provide technical information General warehouse work: stock put away, pulling orders, shipping orders, inventory preparation Participate in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge Qualifications and Skills: 3-5+ Years experience within the electrical distribution industry Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and consistently meet deadlines Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiarity with Solar ERP is a plus. Quick Learner of vendor lighting, gear products, and related software, with the ability to apply knowledge in practical setting. Physically capable of lifting and transporting materials up to 50lbsregularly, with occasional lifting beyond that weight. Comfortable climbing ladders in a safe and stable environment. Forklift experience is a plus. Must exhibit a team first attitude with commitment to punctuality.
