Space, Imaging and Microelectronics (SIM), a Sub-Strategic Business Unit of Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) has an exciting opportunity open for an Executive Administrative Assistance (Senior Coordinator) . The position requires the candidate work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA and will report to the SIM, Vice President, supporting teams with daily business administrative and coordination responsibilities , including preparation of presentations and reports, arranging meetings, tracking expenses and arranging domestic and international travel, management of calendar actions while interfacing with other functions and businesses, external customers and suppliers, and performing special projects as required.
This position also serves as the back-up for the APS executive admin, when out of the office, the administrative support for the El Segundo site executive (schedule meeting and maintain roster) as well as support for the APS CORE, RLPM and Technical Director (travel and expense support).
The successful candidate will manage and perform administrative tasks as necessary to promote effective and efficient operation of the department so must have the ability to understand the workflow of the business area and add value by being able to prioritize. The Executive Administrator will be expected to foster a collaborative work environment while balancing the needs of internal staff and external business partners. It is essential that this person exercises excellent judgment and discretion when interacting with others and in managing information. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, able to multitask, and has strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

What You Will Do**
Assist with the preparation while ensuring on-time delivery of internal management reports (weekly/monthly) and presentations
Attend meetings; capture actions and action list to ensure follow up
Coordinate meeting materials
Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and prepare expense reports
Interface with senior level external and internal customers
Calendar management: coordinate meeting schedules and logistics with internal and external customers
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships and communication channels with other executive assistants
Support onsite activities and classified program visits
Daily onsite engagement in El Segunda, CA
Qualifications You Must Have:
AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative assistance experience
Experience handling confidential and non-routine information
Experience managing multiple calendars - arranging time and logistics in domestic and international settings
Experience interacting with and supporting executive/senior levels of leadership
Experienced calendar management skills to include planning and organizing schedules and events
Experience with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in proactive management of work products, anticipating needs, requirements, and actions.
Demonstrated efficiency in the use of personal computers
Customer service skills (presence/phone) - professional, positive, and collaborative attitude

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 111,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
