Schedule: 8am-5pm

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Updating and maintaining current filing systems such as Vantaca, Condocerts, Tops, and Homewise, while keeping daily call logs and uploading financial documents.

Answering, making, and directing all incoming calls, ensuring effective communication with board members and homeowners.

Assisting with the organization and scheduling of board meetings, preparing necessary paperwork under the direction of the manager.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred, along with knowledge of fundamental office procedures.

Have strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide superior customer service.

Are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking while maintaining confidentiality.
