Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

Post journal entries and account reconciliations.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.

Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in accounting and general ledger management.

Experience with reconciliation and month-end processes.

Strong skills in journal entry and financial reporting.

Knowledge of GAAP standards.

Understanding of accounts payable and receivable.

1+ years of accounting experience.

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

ERP knowledge, particularly SAP.

Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06/hr.
