Our client, a leader in the finance sector, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. As a Finance Manager, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Jonesboro, AR

Pay Range: Competitive

What's the Job?

The Lead Finance Employee on Site, contributing to driving the financial performance of the site together with the leadership team.

Lead the annual business planning process, forecasts, and actual reporting.

Provide financial expertise and challenge on ad hoc projects, ensuring robust financial assessments.

Monitor all Cost Controlling activities performed by colleagues in Supply Chain Financial Services.

Play a vital role in the finance community, developing relationships to drive performance improvements and sharing best practices.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.

Minimum five years of relevant work experience.

Strong leadership skills with prior experience in Supply Chain Finance preferred.

ERP experience required; SAP preferred.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
