JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join Our Team! Are you organized, personable, and dedicated? Waushara County is looking for an Administrative Assistant II to join our Department of Aging and Disability Services. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting our vital programs for older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities. The Administrative Assistant supports various department programs for older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, data entry, billing assistance, scheduling transportation, and recording meeting minutes. Strong software skills and excellent customer service are essential. What You\'ll Do: Be the welcoming face of our department, assisting visitors and handling calls. Manage data entry, billing, and administrative tasks. Coordinate transportation services and support the elder nutrition program. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and assist with social media and newsletters. Maintain a tidy and efficient work environment. What We Offer: Hourly Wage: \$19.40-\$20.68/hour, based on experience.
