Helping Hands Care Service is a trusted non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, quality care to seniors and individuals in need throughout South Carolina. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Care / Team Assistant to join our growing team and help coordinate caregiver schedules while supporting our daily administrative needs.

Job Summary: The Client Care / Team Assistant is responsible for organizing caregiver schedules, coordinating client care, and assisting with office support tasks to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Update employee availability and client needs Follow up on missed shifts and document any scheduling Work Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm Friday: 9am-3pm
