Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This Contract to permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and expertise in managing administrative tasks within the insurance or medical claims sectors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence and preparing detailed reports.

Manage and follow up on insurance claims and benefits inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

Utilize CRM systems and database-driven web applications to track and organize data.

Maintain and update digital files and custom fields within electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Coordinate insurance-related processes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of claims.

Create and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making processes.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation related to medical claims and insurance processes.

Assist in organizing and maintaining office procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in medical claims or insurance fields.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and database-driven web applications.

Strong ability to draft detailed correspondence and comprehensive reports.

Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex administrative tasks.

Knowledge of insurance claims and benefits processes.
