Location: Lake Forest, IllinoisJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $20 - 24 per hourAre you a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a passion for driving business objectives through strategic partnerships? We're seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Manager to join our client who is a large biopharmaceutical team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.As an Associate Account Manager, you'll be the vital link between our client and brand teams. You'll be instrumental in managing day-to-day agency relationships, collaborating closely with our creative staff and external partners to provide strategic direction and counsel that helps our brand teams achieve their sales goals and business objectives.Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and brand teams.

Manage day-to-day relationships within the agency.

Provide strategic direction and counsel to brand teams.

Collaborate in the development of project briefs.

Recommend promotional tactics aligned with brand strategy and goals.

Issue client contact reports to ensure clear communication.

Review creative development from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, expectations, budgets, and timelines.

Facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communications to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Develop annual forecasts and conduct monthly financial reconciliations.

Track time daily.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.

A Master's degree or equivalent related project or functional experience is desirable.

3-4 years of total account management experience preferred.
