Our client is seeking a Customer Service/Coordinator I to join their team. As a Customer Service/Coordinator I, you will be part of the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Support Team, providing essential support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a commitment to self-improvement, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service/Coordinator I

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $18 to $24

Shift: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Deliver timely, thorough responses to all telephone and/or email inquiries from independent distributor partners, sales managers, and DSD operations personnel.

Process and support any DSD plant or independent distributor setup changes.

Audit transactions and setup daily through integrity reports to ensure accuracy.

Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, and independent distributors.

Provide support to plant teams on process questions in SAP and assist with order processing errors.

What's Needed?

Associate Degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience required.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and database management systems such as SAP.

Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently.

Exceptional critical thinking skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
