Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to join our finance team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone with strong data entry skills and experience in accounts payable, especially within manufacturing or healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system.

Collaborate with AP team members to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.

Maintain organized records of invoices and supporting documentation.

Assist with general clerical tasks within the AP department as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in accounts payable or data entry.

Familiarity with invoice entry, reconciliation, and general payable processes.

Experience in manufacturing or healthcare environments preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Work Environment:

Onsite role with a flexible part-time schedule.

Ideal for candidates seeking 20-25 hours per week, with potential for additional hours.

Project expected to last approximately 6 months.e

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
