Job Title: Data Entry AssociateJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our corporate communications team for a short-term engagement. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce.

Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.

Complete high-volume tasks within set timelines.

Essential Skills

1+ years of related work experience.

1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Excel or related work experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High attention to detail and well-organized.

Self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets.

Work Environment

The position is onsite in Bellevue, requiring 40 hours per week with an estimated 5 hours of overtime per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
