Reference #: 17490 We have an exciting opportunity in our Philadelphia office for an Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders of our Macquarie Asset Management Equities and Multi-Asset Division. You will work in a fast-paced, interesting, and demanding environment which will offer exposure to a variety of business activities.

The role involves managing travel, expenses, and calendars for the Large Cap Value, Equity Trading, and Sustainability Teams, while serving as a liaison between businesses for subscriptions and redemptions. Additional responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding new hires, coordinating the hiring process for Co-ops, handling internal communications, managing cash flow via Managers Desktop, and providing backup support for various teams.

Experience with calendar management, both internal and external meetings Managing travel coordination, both international and domestic Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, and a strong sense of ownership Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach, be extremely organized, flexible, and have exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to be highly confidential with information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion.
