Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Westlake Village, California. In this long-term contract role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations through effective scheduling, coordination, and communication. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization's mission while utilizing your organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage scheduling needs, including meeting logistics and calendar coordination.

Coordinate travel arrangements in collaboration with the internal Travel Manager to ensure seamless itineraries.

Prepare and submit expense reports for the Director, maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Provide contract support by handling documentation and ensuring timely processing.

Answer inbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and redirecting as necessary.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Take on receptionist duties by greeting visitors and managing front-desk operations.

Support overall administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, demonstrating proficiency in organizational tasks.

Strong skills in scheduling, data entry, and handling expense reports.

Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and managing logistics.

Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and perform receptionist duties effectively.

Familiarity with contract support processes and documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
