Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lees Summit, Missouri. This is a part-time, Contract-to-permanent position offering 15-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting office operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Answer and direct inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and documentation.

Provide receptionist support, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.

Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events.

Maintain and update office files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects.

Monitor and order office supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.

Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.

Generate reports and summaries as needed to support management. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in data entry and office software applications.

Excellent communication skills for handling calls and inquiries.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all assigned duties.

Experience in receptionist duties, including greeting visitors.

Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain efficient workflows.
