Reference #: 17473 Join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant in our Philadelphia office supporting senior leaders in our Leveraged Credit team. In this position you will be managing calendar scheduling, coordinating international and domestic travel, and providing Executive Assistant support to senior leaders. Additional responsibilities include staff onboarding/offboarding, expense and invoice processing, liaising with suppliers, organizing team events, and enforcing company policies on expenses and travel.

Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, and a strong sense of ownership Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach, be extremely organized, flexible, and have exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to be highly confidential with information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
