We're seeking a full time Account Manager (Multifamily).

Job Summary:

The HVAC Account Manager for Residential Sales oversees residential and contractor sales of Carrier and Bryant equipment and HVAC parts, and supplies. This role will be a crucial influence in securing new contractors and maintaining existing client relationships while being accountable for driving sales and maintaining a strong customer base in their territory. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Territory Analysis: Analyze your territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs that will attract competitor accounts and new customers.

Relationship Building: Create and develop long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.

Customer Management: Manage any customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships with them.

Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities while developing and executing strategic plans to help grow existing customers' business.

Sales Meetings: Attend sales meetings with management to review monthly activities and progress or issues.

Digital Programs: Ability to present and manage Watsco Ventures and digital programs.
