Customer Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the Customer Experience team, including performance evaluations, attendance, and training.

Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and growth.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Review customer orders and quotes daily for accuracy and completeness.

Assist with complex customer interactions and escalations.

Monitor and support the order entry process to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work environment.

Actively participate in company-wide quality, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment.

Proficiency with SAP.

Excellent phone communication skills.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proven leadership capabilities.

Strong comprehension and memory retention skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
