Job Title: Repacker

Job Description

As a repacker, you will be responsible for repacking products into smaller bins, utilizing a computer and RF scanner. Basic computer skills and the ability to perform repetitive physical work are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

Repack products into smaller bins efficiently and accurately.

Operate a computer and RF scanner to track inventory.

Perform tasks related to kitting, packaging, and general labor.

Maintain an organized and clean workspace.

Assist with unloading and inventory management.

Essential Skills

6+ months of warehouse experience or a solid work history.

Basic computer literacy.

Experience with RF scan guns preferred.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to wear steel-toed shoes/boots at all times during shifts.

Work Environment

Work in a very large, clean, and well-lit warehouse that is highly organized. The 1st shift operates from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with frequent extended hours from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 50-hour weeks. Overtime is available on Saturdays. The 2nd shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with potential overtime during the week and on Saturdays. Weekend shifts are available from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Work attire includes steel-toed shoes or boots.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $21.00/hr.
