About the role

As an Agentic AI Engineer you will play a pivotal role leading the design, development, and deployment of intelligent autonomous agents that can perform complex tasks across systems with minimal human intervention. The ideal candidate has experience in building multi-step reasoning agents, orchestrating APIs/tools, and integrating LLM-based solutions into real-world business operations.

In this role, you will:

· Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and action execution.

· Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.

· Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) with APIs, RPA bots, and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).

· Implement memory, tool use, @context awareness, and reasoning capabilities in agents.

· Define success metrics for agentic workflows, monitor performance, and optimize based on feedback.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, devs, PMs) to translate business needs into autonomous agent solutions.

· Ensure safety, reliability, and interpretability of agentic systems.

What you need to have to be considered :

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions, with recent focus on LLMs or autonomous agents.

Proficiency with Python and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Function Calling, or ReAct paradigm.

Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, RPA tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong grasp of prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and @context management.

Ability to think through complex workflows and decompose them into autonomous agent tasks.

Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), embeddings, and memory architecture.

Background in reinforcement learning, planning, or decision-making algorithms.

Prior work in healthcare, finance, supply chain, or customer service automation.

Familiarity with compliance, security, and auditability in AI workflows.
