Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Be Doing: Perform weekly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records Consolidate items in bins to optimize warehouse space Assist with the speaker coating process, including preparation, coating, and repackaging Receive, label, and organize incoming shipments by part number Inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy (part numbers, quantities, and labeling) Pull parts for sample lot inspection as part of the receiving process Place parts in designated bin locations after quality approval Process and ship customer orders (create pick lists, pull and package items, generate packing lists and shipping documents, and coordinate with freight carriers) Conduct random product tests or screening based on customer requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) Experience with UPS, FedEx, and other freight shipping platforms Certified to operate a forklift and walk-behind pallet stacker Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid problem-solving abilities Physically capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs, frequently 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
