Job Title: Warehouse Order Puller

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Order Pullers. This role involves manual labor in a warehouse environment, focusing on the accurate pulling of boxes and files according to specific barcodes. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for retrieving and assigning new barcodes to files from various sectors, including medical, law firms, and title companies. This position demands precision to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid additional fees due to errors.

Responsibilities

Manually pull boxes and files from warehouse shelves based on specific barcodes.

Assign new barcodes to files when necessary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Search for files that may not be in sequential order, verifying details such as name, number, case number, and year.

Maintain a high level of accuracy to avoid customer dissatisfaction and additional fees.

Understand and adapt to the differing requirements of various customer sectors, including medical and legal firms.

Essential Skills

Experience in warehouse operations and general labor.

Proficiency in order pulling and inventory management.

Ability to use RF scanners effectively.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a file clerk.

Ability to lift and carry items weighing 30-50 pounds consistently.

Comfortable climbing ladders and using freight elevators.

Work Environment

Work in a physically demanding warehouse setting that requires extensive walking and file pulling. The environment can be dusty, and you will need to climb ladders up to four racks high. You will use racks and carts to stack boxes, and while freight elevators are available for boxes, personnel must use stairs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corona, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
