Warehouse Admin Support

Position Summary:

We are seeking Warehouse Admin Support to support our operations during a period of increased volume over the next three months. Will assist the warehouse and logistics team by handling time-sensitive administrative tasks that ensure efficient warehouse flow and accurate processing of inbound and outbound activity.

Shifts:

Night Shift: Mon-Thurs, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM (4x10)

Pay$22.00

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor warehouse email inboxes for requests including receiving, will calls, returns, intercompany and supplier transfers

Process will-call orders, generate pick documents, and coordinate with the warehouse team

Support the will-call window for suppliers, customers, and sales staff

Manage and track the entire intercompany transfer process, including system entry and product pick verification

Schedule carriers for outbound intercompany transfers and inbound receiving

Scan and upload delivery invoices and PO documents into internal software systems

Track CHEP pallet movements and schedule pickups when necessary

Input and maintain warehouse product data in SAP

Print pick labels and nightly invoices for outbound shipments, ensuring documentation reaches the correct drivers

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse administration or logistics support preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, warehouse personnel, and external carriers

Familiarity with freight coordination, inventory systems, and CHEP pallet tracking is a plus
