Chemours is seeking a Site Document Control Administrative Assistant to join Washington Works based in Parkersburg, WV . The position will report directly to the Site Maintenance & Contract Manager . The Site Document Control Administrative Assistant will work under the direct supervision and within established procedures assists with the area, Environmental and Site Safety team.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support updates and changes in ETQ controlled documents
Support document updates and creating PO's for the Environmental organization.
Support document updates and creating PO's for the Site Safety organization.
Support EOI's/TA's documentation developed by the MT organization.
Assist Technology Guardians to ensure that the area process documentation is up to date, including drawing updates.
Monitor and ensure standardized processes and procedures are being followed by area teams regarding Document Control Process.
Ensure good communications and alignment amongst various stakeholders
Perform document control responsibilities on projects, as needed.
Ability to manipulate data, run reports, design reporting, updating, and revising technical standards; maintain drawing files, technical writing of data, maintaining technical library.
The following is required for this role:
High School Diploma.
Up to 2 years of related work experience.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The following is preferred for this role:
Previous experience with SharePoint & ETQ.
