Accounting & Administrative Assistant Our client is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Assistant to join their team and play a key role in supporting both our accounting and administrative functions. This dynamic role includes responsibilities such as managing customer invoicing, cash receipts, and collections, maintaining office filing systems, coordinating office supply inventory, and providing front desk coverage. You'll also assist with audits, forecasts, special accounting projects, and ensure exceptional support to both visitors and internal teams. ** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

** 3+ years of accounting experience

** Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

** Knowledge and experience with multi-state sales and use taxes

** Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and experience with ERP systems preferred (like Q360, SAP, NetSuite)

** Ability to comprehend financial statements and sales/accounts receivable reports

Requirements
